When I was first proposed to sign some of the dishes for the Livada new menu, my first thought was: how to combine Livada’s traditional dishes with some new, modern ones in a delicious but still balanced menu?
So, I’m inviting you to enjoy the diversity of the new menu and still be delighted by the smoked pork knuckle - one of the most well-known dishes signed by Livada, but also to try some of the new dishes that I cooked especially for you - papardelle with wild mushrooms or even lamb chops coated in almonds.
